Biography

Nancy Mella-Oliver has been the Administrator at the Windsor of Savoy for 14 years. Originally from Chicago, she brings her love for the Cubs and the Bears with her. She has an undergraduate degree in Health Planning and Administration from the U of I and a graduate degree in Health Systems Management from Rush University. She has worked in hospital administration, senior housing and services, homecare and geriatric care management for 27 years. She lives in Savoy with her husband and teenage son.
