Maintenance Lead

Biography

Phil Gray is the Maintenance Lead for our Windsor communities. Phil earned a college degree in HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) and worked for several years providing HVAC installation and maintenance services. He also has experience with ADT Security alarm systems and CCTV service repair. Phil began his career in senior living at the Mennonite Retirement Community in Chenoa IL. He spent the majority of his 12.5 years with that community as its Director of Maintenance. In 2015 his family moved near Fisher, IL and Phil joined the staff at The Windsor of Savoy. In 2020 Phil was promoted to Maintenance Lead, he is responsible for maintaining the good condition of the buildings and common areas.
